Now Available: 2019 Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force Report Card

The 2019 Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force Report Card is now available. The Report Card provides concrete data on the scale of the prescription drug abuse problem throughout San Diego County by looking at multiple factors and data points.

2018 Medical Examiner's Report Now Available

The 2018 Medical Examiner's Report is now available and includes important data that can be used to inform our local prevention efforts. The Medical Exmainer has been a longstanding partner of the Methamphetamine Strike Force (MSF) and Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force (PDATF). As mentioned in the report, we will be releasing the MSF and PDATF Report Cards later this year with more detailed information on drug involved deaths throughout San Diego County.

CCR Selected to Participate in Department of Health Care Services Learning Collaborative

CCR was recently awarded funding from the Department of Healthcare Services to participate in the Addiction Treatment Starts Here: Community Partnerships learning collaborative. This is a new program that supports multi-sector collaborations between community stakeholders to address opioid use disorder (OUD).

CCR is very excited to participate in this learning collaborative and continue to enhance the work of the San Diego County Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force (PDATF).

CCR at 2019 Substance Use Disorder Statewide Conference - Long Beach

The CCR team had a great time presenting at the 2019 Statewide Substance Use Disorder Conference in Long Beach. During our breakout session we highlighted the San Diego County prevention system and evaluation services provided by CCR. The statewide conference is a great opportunity to collaborate with other providers engaged in the substance use prevention system. We are looking forward to participating in future events.
