News & Events
Much of our work involves measuring the difference others make. Getting involved and making our own difference is also an important part of who we are as individuals and as an organization.
CCR will be conducting workshops at this years National Prevention Network (NPN) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) statewide conference on August 25th. The session will focus on Prop 64's effects on public health and prevention efforts to tackle youth use.

CCR and the Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force recently created the first video of a new series called Voices of Hope. In this series, we provide a platform for people with lived experience to share their stories of recovery and hope. Various perspectives will be shared from community members, law enforcement, and family members.
In this video, former police officer Michael Koch describes his descent into opiate and heroin addiction and his new life in recovery.
